Support
We know building a custom home can seem overwhelming. That’s why we support you at every step, from start to finish.
We strive to be clear and transparent during the contract phase. You’ll personally meet with company president Bob Dee when designing your home. During this process, we’ll explain the costs of every individual item in your home, from appliances and windows, to flooring and lumber. We’ll be there to answer any questions and guide you towards a home design you’re excited about.
We offer support for finding financing, selecting colors and materials, and much more. If needed, we can even help your family find temporary housing while your home is under construction.
During construction, you’ll have frequent communication and updates from our president, Bob Dee, and our managing staff and foreman. You’ll see your home at every stage of its construction during our walk-through meetings. You’ll even be able to make changes and add custom additions to your home during these walkthroughs.
Once the project is complete, you’ll be given a personal tour, explaining every facet of your new home. And we’ll continue to support you long after closing through our builder’s warranty and remodeling services.
